This website is operated by Wiktoria Suchecka, trading as VIKFIT, Antillenstraat 7E, 9714 JT Groningen, the Netherlands. For any question about this policy or your data, reach out through the WhatsApp button on this site.

2. What data we process

This website does not have a public contact form, account system, or newsletter signup. The main way to get in touch is via the WhatsApp button, which opens a chat directly in WhatsApp. Any message you send is processed by WhatsApp (owned by Meta) under its own privacy policy — we do not receive, store, or process that data on this website itself.

A small number of clients receive a private link to submit a review. That form sends the name and review text you enter to our mailbox via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service, so it can be read and — only with your permission — published on this site.

3. Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are viewed and how). Google Analytics places cookies that can involve processing your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

4. Google Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading these files means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers, which can involve processing your IP address. This is covered by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Links to other services

This site links out to WhatsApp and Instagram (both owned by Meta). Once you follow one of those links, you leave this website and that platform's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply — we have no control over, and no access to, what happens on their side.

Under the GDPR (AVG in the Netherlands), you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of personal data concerning you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Since this website itself does not collect or store personal data, most requests will concern data held by WhatsApp or Instagram directly.
