About Personal Training

Each session lasts 60 minutes and is fully customized:

  • Warmup (5-10 min) - Cardio and mobility
  • Main Training (40 min) - Focused on your goals
  • Cool Down (5-10 min) - Stretching and recovery

I constantly monitor your technique, give tips, and adjust the program to your progress.

Very simple:

  • ✓ Your BasicFit pass (or membership)

The rest (weights, equipment, etc.) are all available at BasicFit.

Absolutely! This is actually our specialty. Many of my clients were complete beginners.

Pricing and Booking

STARTER (€49/month): Perfect for beginners. 4 sessions per month with basic support.

VICTORY (€89/month): The most popular package. 8 sessions with nutrition advice and WhatsApp support.

ELITE (€149/month): For maximum results. 12 sessions with 24/7 support, weekly check-ins, and extensive nutrition plan.

Yes! This is actually one of my main advantages. You can schedule sessions flexibly to your schedule.

Location and Age

BasicFit Groningen Antillenstraat

All training sessions take place here in the BasicFit fitness studio. It's a well-equipped gym with all the equipment we need.

Note: You need a BasicFit membership or day pass. This costs around €10-15/month.

BasicFit has different subscriptions:

  • 💳 Monthly: €14.99/month (flexible, cancel anytime)
  • 💳 Yearly: Cheaper per month with annual payment
  • 💳 Day pass: ~€5-10 per visit

You can sign up via the BasicFit website or app. I'm happy to help with questions!

Minimum age: 16 years

This is a requirement from BasicFit itself. They want to ensure that younger athletes can train safely.

Are you younger than 16 but still want to train?

  • ✓ You can still contact me
  • ✓ We can schedule a training from my side as soon as you turn 16
  • ✓ I can give advice in the meantime

Yes! All ages (16+) are welcome.

My clients range from:

Everyone gets a custom program that fits their age, fitness level, and goals. Age is no excuse! 💪

Nutrition and Lifestyle

Depends on your package!

  • STARTER: Basic advice and tips during training
  • VICTORY: Basic nutrition advice (macros, meal timing)
  • ELITE: Extensive nutrition plan + weekly check-ins

Nutrition is 70% of your result! Training is only 30%. Together we'll make sure you eat well too.

Don't want a meal plan but want tips? No problem, I'm happy to help!

Perfect! I can fully adapt for:

  • ✓ Vegan / vegetarian
  • ✓ Allergies (nuts, gluten, etc.)
  • ✓ Religious preference
  • ✓ Lifestyle preference

Just tell me what you need, and I'll make a plan around it. It's about what works for YOU!

No, supplements are NOT required.

What I believe:

  • First: Eat and train well
  • Then: Basic supplements (vitamin D, protein)
  • Optional: Pre-workout, creatine, etc.

I don't do supplement marketing. I'll tell you honestly what works and what doesn't. It's your choice!

Results and Progress

I track your progress in several ways:

  • 📊 Weighing: Weekly/monthly
  • 📸 Photos: Front and side (every 4 weeks)
  • 📕 Body measurements: Chest, waist, glutes, legs
  • 💪 Strength: How much you can lift
  • 📱 Feeling: How you feel, energy, sleep

Numbers aren't everything. Sometimes you build muscle mass while your weight stays the same. I look at the big picture!

Congratulations! 🎉 Now we have options:

  • Continue: New goal? (more muscle, stronger, etc.)
  • Maintenance: Reduce to fewer sessions
  • Train independently: I'll give you tools to continue on your own
  • Pause: Need a break? Fine, you can always come back

Many of my clients set a new goal! Fitness is a lifestyle, not a destination.
